please build the gnat-4.6 4.6.3-1ubuntu4 package on armhf in precise-proposed, using the Debian binaries found at:

deb http://people.canonical.com/~doko/tmp/gnat-armhf/install ./

The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
