[MIR] fonts-kanjistrokeorders

fonts-kanjistrokeorders is needed by kiten, a tool from kde edu about Japanese characters.

As far as I can see it complies with all the requirements for main inclusion

 - missing sources for the pdf files (please forward to debian too)
 - it would be good to ship the sources for the ttf font file too, even if the font
   isn't built at build time.

Removing milestone. It's approved now, but we won't promote it to main until something actually pulls it in through a dependency. So there is nothing further the release or MIR team can do about this.
