U-Boot usbspl bootloader binary for the TI OMAP4 Panda board

 This package contains a special purpose U-Boot bootloader for booting
 via a usb connection from a development host to usb peripheral connector on
 the Panda target. This is useful for developers and for recovering a board
 with bad boot media.
