Grassroots DICOM runtime libraries, debug version

 Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is
 automatically wrapped to python/C#/Java (using swig). It supports
 RAW,JPEG (lossy/lossless),J2K,JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated.
