Categorized views of R package repositories

 Infrastructure to support 'views' used to classify
 Bioconductor packages. 'biocViews' are directed acyclic
 graphs of terms from a controlled vocabulary. There are three
 major classifications, corresponding to 'software', 'annotation',
 and 'experiment data' packages.
