Bug Description

The camera hotkey keycode is not reported to the userspace by eeepc-wmi driver in Natty and Maverick. There is an upstream patch fixing this but it's not in Natty or Maverick.

Fixed by the upstream commit:

commit 9481472559b3ecd366390786628c2fb211d1477b

SRU Justification:

Impact: There is no keycode when pressing the camera hotkey (Fn + V)

Fix: cherry-pick the following upstream commit that adds the keys
     in the eeepc-wmi/keymap.

Testcase: I tested on the EEEPC A1215P and confirmed it works.

Note: the patch is formed for Natty, but it is good that it can
be applied for Maverick SRU too.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-natty' to 'verification-done-natty'.

If verification is not done by one week from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
