Bug Description
After setting a screen lock timeout of, for example, 1 hour the screen still locks after approx 10 minutes.
Looking at the code it appears gnome-screensaver puts an upper bound on the lock timeout of 480 seconds (8 minutes), so user preferences of 1 hour will not function as expected.
I see no reason for an upper bound of 8 minutes, and this contradicts the available options anyway.
I have built a fixed version in my PPA: https:/

Thanks William. I goofed up and put the report in the wrong place.
