Bug Description

This request is to add support for SAS5116 controller and few critical bug-fixes in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
Below is the list of upstream commits that adds support for SAS5116:

This is for 24.04 and there is no test kernel yet. This one we can start working on this week now that the 24.04 kernel tree has been updated to 6.8.
