view changelog hyperlink points to release notes

The first screen in gnome-initial-setup has a hyperlink which says "View changelog" at first I thought this was the changelog for gnome-initial-setup and was surprised to be taken to the release notes for Noble. I think the link should be renamed release notes.

Thanks but I fail to see that a release issue. I will raise it with design still but changing it would break translations and it feels late for it

By the way, the "View changelog" text is also not available for translation.

The design got updated, I've submitted the change for review on https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/gnome-initial-setup/-/merge_requests/37 and marked the string as translatable at the same time
