Bug Description
I want to make backports of armel cross compiler for lucid and maverick releases. To do that I need to have linux-source package available so PPA will be possible to use. But I can not provide other packages because I do not want to provide backports of toolchain components (especially libraries).
Attached patch adds SOURCE_ONLY variable which disables building of any full packages other then linux-source. I did not found a way to disable building of empty linux-doc, linux-headers, linux-tools-common packages.
For backports I would also have to lower build-dependencies but thats not part of this bug and can be done in other way.
