Binary package hint: advancecomp

Rationale: We want to integrate advancecomp into pkgbinarymangler to reduce the size of PNG images, which will save us about 10 MB of CD space.

I went through https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements and confirm that the package meets the requirements. It is well maintained in Debian and has zero bug reports in Ubuntu at the time of this writing. There are some noncritical Debian bug reports.

Unfortunately the package does not have an automatic test suite on its own, just some test files. However, I updated my optipng-test test script from bug 669457 to also include advpng, and confirm that it works fine on several hundreds of images and icons that I threw at it.

For the record, I pre-promoted this so that stuff can begin building against this, for maximum testing exposure.
