This patch is already applied in the Precise kernel as commit:
37b40adf2d1b4a5e51323be73ccf8ddcf3f15dd3

Can you test with the latest kernel (3.2.0-18.28) to confirm this bug is resolved? If it is, please mark this bug as "Fix Released"
