Bug Description
1). Fresh boot scrolling over images and video playback is perfectly smooth
2). Suspend / Resume
3). Xorg CPU usage spikes over 70% now while scrolling in a browser
4). Playing a video slows system down completely
5) I've tested all the mainline kernels and this regression was introduced between v2.6.34.7-maverick and v2.6.35-maverick/

Ok, whatever new changes were added to Lucid proposed kernel, 2.6.32-26-generic, which I'm testing on Maverick, has the issue present again. This is 100 % reproducible after one suspend/resume.

Prior to this proposed-kernel, this issue was non-existent on Lucid as well.
