Bug Description

CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACE and CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE have essentially zero overhead when disabled at runtime, but they make debugging kernel issues much easier. So all Ubuntu kernels, during development and also for production/release, should have these enabled.
