Babbage 2.0 shuts down instead of rebooting

Hi

When rebooting a Babbage 2.0 (e.g. with "reboot"), the systems shuts off completely instead of rebooting.

This behaviour was not seen on 2.5 boards yet.

Jamie Bennett has the issue too on his Babbage 2.0.

Low since it's only on 2.0.

Confirmed with my 2.0 board. Selected 'Restart' from the session menu in the panel and the board shuts down instead.
