amd64 autopkgtests regressed

In mid-September of 2022 the amd64 autopkgtest for livecd-rootfs started failing in the default-bootstraps test. Here's some relevant log output:

It first started failing with version 2.775 and here's a log file:

They are also failing for lunar, but are now passing in mantic.

Ubuntu 23.04 (Lunar Lobster) has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that specific release.
