ubuntu_bpf failed to build on K-kvm (failed to load object file)

Issue found with K-kvm 5.19.0-1021.22 after enabling tests on openstack.

Ubuntu 22.10 (Kinetic Kudu) has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that specific release.

Kinetic EOL, K-kvm is the only kernel that got hinted with this.
