Description: high level 3D engine for Python
Soya 3D is a high level 3D engine for Python. It relies on OpenGL and
SDL. It is designed with games in mind, and written partly in Python
and partly in C; the goal is to provide a full architecture for making
free (GPL) games of professional quality entirely in Python.
Soya can also render on PyGame surfaces !

I can conform this bug on an up-to-date version of Karmic and with packages.ubuntu.com in Lucid as well. The package libode0debian1 -- which seems to be a typo -- doesn't exist. However, the pacakge libode1 does exist.

It's been a month and a half since a fix was committed but the bug still exists in Ubuntu Karmic. Please make the fix available at the repositories. balazar3-3d package requires python-soya and it's affected by this bug.

This bug still exists, and I am going to confirm it. The package for karmic does not exist in the repos.

The problem with the karmic-proposed upload is that it has never built: it's dependency-waiting on libode-sp-dev, which does not exist in karmic at all (just in lucid).

I removed the non-building soya source from karmic-proposed, since there is no recent progress here.
