Bug Description
Hi,
One of the already signed Kafka-based customer project requires a specific version of the zookeeper package (version 3.6.3 is required). The Ubuntu universe contains 3.4.13/jammy and 3.8.0/kinetic versions already, but they do not match the necessity of Kafka 3.3:

Can a Debian package with zookeeper version 3.6.3 be created?
Please note that security support is a part of the deal, and Alex Burrage is a part of it. Therefore, it is nice to have the package on Launchpad as a part of standard SOSS.
Jammy-based PPA can be the option here.
