Bug Description
Hi,
Data Platform team needs a pgbouncer 1.17+ jammy-based backport/ppa package to deliver Charmed PostgreSQL. Lunar recently got 1.18 version which is OK for us, but the current 1.16 in jammy doesn't provide necessary load-balancing functionality.
As discussed with Lena Voytek and Mykola Marzhan, it is a backport/PPA request for Jammy-based pgbouncer package.
