DMCUB hangs if a PSR unsupported set version command is sent on AMD Rembrandt platform

Observed the boot issue on AMD Rembrandt based platforms with the upstream 5.17 kernel https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git/tag/?h=v5.17.

The symptom are below:
1. The boot process takes more longer than what we usually do
2. After the boot is completed, the touchpad/mouse is almost frozen

Upstream commit https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=1210b17dd4ece454d68a9283f391e3b036aeb010 fixed this issue.
