* Install the Korea translation package and switch language to Korea

* This SRU only affect the Korea translation and there is no function change so the risk is very low

@Dirk, thanks! I've updated the changelog description to be a bit more specific and the version used to be newer than the current archive one and uploaded to the SRU review queue.

Closing for the current serie since the strings were fixed in January in launchpad and the new translations are part of the Noble release. The translation is also fixed for Jammy so in case of language pack update we will not regress over what is in the manual upload

Accepted language-pack-ko-base into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-ko-base/1:22.04+20240212.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, what testing has been performed on the package and change the tag from verification-needed-jammy to verification-done-jammy. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-jammy.
