mechanism-switch gssapi library

 libgssglue provides a gssapi interface, but does not implement any
 gssapi mechanisms itself; instead it calls other gssapi functions
 (e.g., those provided by MIT Kerberos), depending on the requested
 mechanism, to do the work.
