Bug Description

Pymol does not recognize *.pdb1 files, which are normal PDB files used by the wwpdb.org site to store "biological entities".

SRU team, the above patch shows that this is a one-line addition. I've tested it, and it works. The fix is present in the more recent versions of pymol in intrepidl, but please consider it for hardy-updates.

Hardy has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any updates. Marking the Hardy task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".
