Bug Description
Binary package hint: base-installer
The edgy installer doesn't work well in the time-zone selection.
You don't have a way to tell the installer that you time-zone is AST (America Santo Domingo): you can specify language (spanish) and keyboard (spanish), but you cannot specify that your spanish is Dominican Republic's one.
And I think the problem is active for all the other spanish-speaking users. If you aren't a skilled installer, you can't end the installation with locales set to es_DO.
I think the initial installer screen should present an option for the country. Or, alternatively, when recollecting data for installation, the country should be asked for.
