Okay, you no what, I'm a dumb prick. I thought this was a new development because I had never noticed this before and I was having serious DHCP issues around the time that I noticed it. However, I since grepped my old logs and determined that this message has indeed been around for a while. Sorry for the loud rant.
However, dhcdbd still seems to have numerous other issues with dhcp. It's working for me now, but it randomly decides to stop working, frequently after suspend/resume.
