For other Bionic 5.3 variants (GKE, Azure) they haven't been tested yet, so it's still unclear whether if they were affected or not.
But for 5.3.0-1032. 34~18.04. 2 AWS, there is no such issue. 34~18.04. 2 to 5.3.0-1033.35)
(And the kernel version has changed from 5.3.0-1032.
