Bug Description
[Impact]
* Users of Ubuntu Studio 20.04 LTS currently have a menu item that takes them to the Freenode IRC web chat for the #ubuntustudio channel. However, Ubuntu Studio's support channel no longer exists on Freenode.
* Following the move from Freenode to libera.chat, there is no longer an easy way to connect users to a web chat interface with a predefined channel.
* In Ubuntu Studio 20.10 and later, this menu item was changed to be a weblink to the Ubuntu Studio Matrix chatroom via matrix.org, and are directed to either install a Matrix client or use the Element web interface. This Matrix chatroom, which was formerly bridged to #ubuntustudio on Freenode, is now bridged to #ubuntustudio on libera.chat.
[Test Plan]
* Install Ubuntu Studio 20.04 LTS via either the Live ISO or ubuntustudio-
* Open weblink to Ubuntu Studio Support in launcher menu (or Activities on GNOME).
* Users are directed to Freenode's webchat and join ##ubuntustudio, which is not the official room.
[Regression Potential]
* The only regression potential might be confusion among users, however, this was announced by the Community Council and IRC council.
* Other regression potential might be that the web link stops working, in which case, another SRU would be necessary.
