Bug Description
I manually updated from 18.04 to 20.04.
The system was also configured to be a iSCSI-target for 5 devices. The configuration was done with targetcli-fb under 18.04. The system had also the "open-iscsi" package installed.
after upgrading to 20.04 the whole configuration was gone. Also after manually resetup the configuration disappeared again after some reboots. This happened several times.
Finally I uninstalled the "open-iscsi" package and now this was not happening any more after some reboots. this was inspired by https:/
Also the network setup failed and the system was not reachable remotely. Not sure if thi is related.

Flagging this as server next to be sure upgrade paths are cleared, specially now that targetcli-fb was MIR'ed.
