Bug Description

[Impact]
WCN6856 Bluetooth doesn't work.

[Fix]
Add one more ID for BT.

[Test]
Verified by our engineers and Dell on some Dell platforms with WCN6856 card.

[Where problems could occur]
Adding ID doesn't affect old systems.
