The missing boot test is starmie-kernel which fails MaaS deployment (this happens often on those arm64 hosts because of running out of DHCP addresses).

There are a few odd runs in ADT but as this is the same kernel which passed before I would accept those.

This kernel takes over linux-generic-hwe-20.04 and so we need to confirm that we have done appropriate upgrade testing.

The upgrade path seems to work from what I hear.
