This is a respin of the current -updates kernel (-1080) only to build the gve.ko module.

As such, the only test needed will be to confirm the presence of gve.ko in linux-modules package. Other testing can be invalidated.

Confirmed that the linux-modules package built form the PPA ( from https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+files/linux-modules-5.4.0-1083-gcp_5.4.0-1083.91_amd64.deb ) contains gve.ko:
