Bug Description

[impact]

the command1 autopkgtest fails at clear.test.lua with SIGBUS

[test case]

check autopkgtest on armhf, e.g.:
https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-eoan/eoan/armhf/k/knot-resolver/20200207_234447_273bd@/log.gz

[regression potential]

TBD

[scope]

this fails in Eoan and Focal.

The command1 test in Bionic fails immediately for a different reason (it tries to use git which isn't installed; later versions are patched to avoid trying to use git).

[other info]

The package isn't built for arm64 due to this debian bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=907729

so it's possible it should not be built for armhf either.

The Eoan Ermine has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
