Bug Description
[Impact]
* Expired test certificates lead to autopkgtest and test-rebuild/ftbfs failures
* this results in false negatives when preparing security and SRU uploads of ruby, and any reverse dependencies.
* this one is important as lots of things are sensitive to ruby2.5 failing its tests.
[Test Case]
* Did build from source successfully
[Regression Potential]
* the change is to the test certs only
* no other code changes, appart from rebuild risks only
[Other Info]
