Bug Description
See https:/
[Impact]
* pysimplesoap renders dependent applications unusable when python-httplib2 >= 0.10 is installed (e.g. in Cosmic) due to fault version checking
* One example is reportbug, which crashes when it tries to connect to the Debian BTS
* The patch from Debian fixes this bug by fixing the version checking logic in pysimplesoap
[Test Case]
* Run `reportbug -B debian`, configure it if you haven't before, then specify a source package and try reporting a bug. It will fail, as described in https:/
[Regression Potential]
* Very limited, since the package is currently largely unusable with the version of python-httplib2 in Cosmic
