Bug Description

[Impact]

As mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1750121/comments/19, the 12.0.1 stable point release for neutron-dynamic-routing includes https://review.openstack.org/544866 which is relevant for upgrades.

[Test Case]
Deploy neutron-dynamic-routing at pike and upgrade to queens, upgrading the db with:
neutron-db-manage upgrade queens

j-harbott will cover testing. Thanks j-harbott!

[Regression Potential]
Low. This is a stable point release which actually only adds one bug fix to the package.
