Bug Description
[Impact]
There are some new Intel GPU pci-id's that need to be added to several places:
0x3E98
0x87C0
and to make future additions easier, add platform definitions for Whiskey Lake and Amber Lake too.
[Test case]
Check that the user session uses the proper driver on these systems, if possible. Adding new pci-id's is a trivial change which can't regress existing hw.
[Regression potential]
none, these just add pci-id's and platform definitions

Timo, do you plan to work on those fixes for bionic? Assuming you do but please talk to me if you don't (those unassigned bionic tasks against desktop-set packages show on our team report and we try to either get those assigned or untargetted because it doesn't make much sense to accept a nomination if no one is commiting to do the work)
