Bug Description
This test will fail on Bionic / Cosmic PowerPC:
[ RUN ] TRACE_syscall.
seccomp_
TRACE_syscall.
This test will pass on PowerPC with Disco kernel.
As this issue can be reproduced with the upsteam kernel tree, so it looks like a kernel issue instead of a test case issue to me.
