Bug Description
If kdump-tools fails to create an initrd, the temp initrd is not deleted:
kdump-tools: Generating /var/lib/
update-initramfs: failed for with 1.
$ ls -l /var/lib/kdump
total 4
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Jan 17 12:14 initramfs-tools
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20 Jan 17 12:14 initrd.
