Bug Description

Steps to run this test:
git clone https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp.git
cd ltp
sudo su
make autotools
./configure
make
make install
cd /opt/ltp/testcases/bin/
sudo ./inotify08

This issue could be found in 4.15.0-1008 kvm as well
