there're some graphic be supported both on amdgpu and radeon.
But somehow kernel might pick radeon instead of amdgpu.

When will upstream migrate CI/SI to use amdgpu? We need to think of upgrades, and if upstream (AMD) doesn't know when or if that will happen, then we'd need to keep the change "forever".

AMD has no plans to do this, so if we were to enable amdgpu for CI, we'd be on our own
