Bug Description
[Impact]
* when building libevent-rpc-perl the testsuite hangs, as the test certificates have expired and thus are no longer valid
* this results in FTBFS in bionic rebuild tests & autopkgtest failures
[Test Case]
* rebuild package, it should rebuild, not hang.

* Only test certs are updated, and the interpreted code remains the same

Accepted libevent-rpc-perl into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ libevent- rpc-perl/ 1.08-2ubuntu0. 1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/Testing/ EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
