Bug Description

The notation and automation editor clipboard is broken. Thought it looks like everything is fine. As trying to delete notes from clipboard pasted, the notes won't remove.

This is due to wrong timestamp handling within ags_notation.c and ags_automation.c.

Patch to latest upstream provided. Bug-fixes only.
