Scrolled window broken when containing an eventbox

Ubuntu is shipping 074_eventbox_scroll_mask.patch, this patch is really strange, it adds a scroll mask on all eventbox breaking all applications using eventbox in scrolled windows.

This patch is not in Debian and should be removed!

The patch was added in 2012 in reaction to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=671305 and it should probably be removed indeed but softwares got fixed and there is no need for a distro specific behaviour there, thanks for the report
