dvb-t teletext do not properly refresh the cache

I've compiled xawtv from http://dl.bytesex.org/cvs-snapshots/xawtv-20081014-100645.tar.gz to get mtt, an stand alone dvb-t teletext viewer for gnome using libzvbi0 library.
It works correctly, the problem is that when a page is wrongly received (lines with wrong characters), it keeps forever, never refresh cache, even if I stop and restart the computer, the exactly same error on the same page is still there.

a way to flush the zvbi cache would be great - a fix for zvbi even better ;)
