After Installed Oh My Zsh, in taskbar shortcut icon widgets dont have icons and can't open.

After Installed Oh My Zsh, in taskbar shortcut icon widgets dont have Snap package app icons and can't open Chromium and Atom. Also they are not anymore in App Menu.

On a first glance, this looks more like an issue in oh-my-zsh than in zsh.
