(Vivid) zram-config 0.3 : 2 CPU but only one block device created

Hello,

I run zram-config 0.3 in Ubuntu 15.04 - Release: 15.04 in a machine having an "AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 260 Processor".

I should get 2 block devices and get one only:

The kernel is
