Bug Description
a msg appears saying that since Zoneminder is running the package won't install and to hit CTRL-C to stop. The question being does it stop the install script (which was an update from 9.10 to 10.4) or just the zoneminder part. So I tried to stop the zoneminder process from system monitor however this provoked the error in the installation (maybe?)

In the update the system tried to do today a similar or identical problem occurred. This time I stopped the Zoneminder process with sudo service zoneminder stop and received the console message telling me it was already stopped. Hitting entry in the installation process still gave a post-installation error.
