Bug Description
We recently had a bug[1] where zoneminder was building, but not working, with mysql8. A simple dep8 tests would have caught that.
I suggest to start with a simple test that loads the sql dump into mysql. At a later stage, we can test the bootstrapping and then the frontpage.
