zoneminder needs to be restarted when mysqld is updated

Bug Description

We use zoneminder 1.26.4-3 on precise.

When mysql-server is updated and mysqld is restarted this causes zoneminder to issue fatal errors and stop working.

e.g.

which then sets off segfaults

Zoneminder needs to be restarted in order for it to work properly again.

Already fixed upstream.

Upgrade to 1.28 using my ppa:iconnor/zoneminder
